First10K is a savings challenge and progress-tracking tool designed around a $10,000 savings goal.

The product is designed to help users visualize and track their personal progress by marking off amounts they choose to save.

First10K is not a bank, financial institution, investment service, money manager, or financial adviser.

First10K does not receive, hold, manage, or invest the money that users choose to save as part of the challenge.

2. No Guarantee of Reaching $10,000

Purchasing First10K does not guarantee that you will save, earn, accumulate, or reach $10,000.

The $10,000 figure represents the goal of the challenge, not a guaranteed result.

Your progress and results depend on factors including your own actions, decisions, financial ability, and personal circumstances.

There is no guaranteed or required period of time in which you must complete the challenge.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided through the First10K website, physical product, challenge sheets, social media, and related materials is provided for general savings-challenge purposes.

Nothing provided by First10K constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

First10K does not recommend that you make any particular investment, take out a loan, enter into debt, or take any specific financial action in order to complete the challenge.

4. Choose Your Price

First10K has a minimum purchase price of:

$35.

Where this feature is available, customers may voluntarily choose to pay an amount above the minimum price.

The amount entered by the customer and confirmed at checkout is the purchase price selected by the customer for the transaction and is not a donation.

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the amount they entered and the final amount displayed at checkout.

5. Paying More Than the Minimum

Paying more than the minimum price does not provide a better or different physical product, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular offer.

Paying a higher amount also:

* Does not guarantee greater motivation.
* Does not guarantee that you will continue or complete the challenge.
* Does not guarantee that you will save more money.
* Does not guarantee that you will reach $10,000.

The Choose Your Price feature is intended to allow customers to choose for themselves the amount they wish to invest at the beginning of their challenge.

6. The Physical Product

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, purchasing one First10K unit includes one physical First10K product.

The dimensions, materials, colors, components, and contents of the product will be as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Minor differences in appearance may occur due to screen displays, photography, or reasonable manufacturing variations, provided that the product is not materially different from what was represented and purchased.

7. FIRST10K SOLO

FIRST10K SOLO is designed for users who wish to track their own personal savings goal.

Choosing SOLO does not change the overall challenge goal and does not guarantee any particular result.

Customers will receive the corresponding digital challenge sheet in accordance with the offer displayed at the time of purchase.

8. FIRST10K RACE

FIRST10K RACE allows participants to separately track their own progress and turn the challenge into a competition.

First10K does not determine the winner, verify the amounts saved by participants, or take responsibility for private arrangements between participants.

The purchase of one physical First10K unit includes one physical unit only.

If multiple participants would each like their own physical First10K product, the appropriate number of units must be purchased.

Any prize, reward, payment, or other commitment that participants arrange between themselves as part of a RACE is solely a private arrangement between those participants and is not provided, administered, or guaranteed by First10K unless expressly stated otherwise as part of an official First10K promotion.

9. FIRST10K TOGETHER

FIRST10K TOGETHER allows couples, families, friends, or other groups to work together toward a shared savings goal.

First10K does not receive, hold, manage, or control the group’s money and is not responsible for contributions, ownership of saved funds, distribution of funds, or agreements between participants.

Participants are solely responsible for managing their shared savings and arrangements between themselves.

10. Digital Challenge Sheets

The SOLO, RACE, and TOGETHER challenge sheets are printable digital files.

They are not physical products and are not intended to arrive inside the physical shipment.

Depending on the challenge selected at the time of purchase, the corresponding file may be delivered electronically to the email address provided with the order.

If a digital file is not received due to a technical issue, customers may contact customer service and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the file again.

Cancellation and refund rights relating to digital content may vary depending on applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory rights relating to digital content that cannot legally be waived.

11. Use of First10K Digital Materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, First10K digital challenge sheets are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may not resell, commercially distribute, offer for sale, reproduce for the purpose of creating a competing product, or represent original First10K materials as their own work.
