Refund policy

At First10K, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Requests for order cancellations, product returns, or refunds will be handled in accordance with this policy and any consumer rights applicable to the transaction under applicable law. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at myfirstt10k@gmail.com and include your order number. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it before shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to stop the shipment, in which case you may request a return subject to the applicable conditions. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable law. Before returning any product, you must contact us to receive return instructions. Please do not automatically send the product to the address shown on the package, as this may not be our designated return address. For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable evidence where required. After reviewing the case, and depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider. Under First10K’s Choose Your Price option, the amount you choose to pay, starting from the minimum price displayed on the website, is the purchase price of the product and is not a donation. All customers receive the same product regardless of the amount they choose to pay, and where a full refund is approved, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the order, subject to applicable law. A First10K purchase may also include a printable digital file based on the selected challenge — SOLO, RACE, or TOGETHER — and different cancellation or refund rules may apply to digital products or digital content under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law
